Spock's Teachings
Spock taught us many things in the 79 books of The Original Testament and the 6 books of The Motion Pictures:
• We learned that disposing of emotion and embracing logic and reason is the only true path to happiness.
• We learned how to avoid the temptations of Nurse Chapel and others of her seductive kind.
• We learned two Divine greetings: "peace and long life," and "live long and prosper."
• We learned of the important concept of "infinite diversity in infinite combinations," proof that, despite outward appearances to the contrary, Spock loves us all.
• We learned just how difficult it was for one who is greater than humans to live among them.
• We learned that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few... or the one.
• We learned that our Inner Eyelid will shield us from dangerous light.
• We learned that the Divine can do nearly anything, including live without a brain!
